Delivery
For Plush - 45-60 days after order confirmation & L/C received.
For Flocked - 30-45 days after order confirmation & L/C received.

Payment Terms

• For each shipment over US$10,000.00 - confirmed by Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
• For each shipment under US$10,000.00 - 30% deposit on order confimed; balance before shipment (Both by T/T).
• (Additional shipment handling charge US$260.00 will be charged for shipment under US$10,000.00)

Min. Order Qty.
For Plush - 300 - 400 dozen per design/size/colour (depended on size);
For Flocked - 100 dozen per design/size/colour;
For X'mas Boots - 200 dozen per design/size/colour.

Sample Charge
Sample charge and postage for sending samples must be prepaid. Sample charge for customer's own designed items will be 100% refunded after shipment for that model up to/over MOQ. Sample charge for our open items as well as all postage are not refundable.
(Minimum Sample charge for customer's own design - We create the prototype according to customer's picture/drawing: Around US$100.00 per piece for Item smaller than 8 inches)

Safety
We assure that the quality of our products can conform to the following standard/requirement:

US ASTM F963, US CPSC Regulations, British Standard BS 5665, European Standard EN71 or equivalent.

We will quote the price based on FOB Hong Kong.
